Chapter one starts out pretty mild, but chapters three and six in particular include graphic scenes of consensual pain and bondage. Tatsumi and Tsuzuki's tastes are quite extreme because they are shinigami, possessed of highly accelerated healing abilities and used to taking extensive injuries in the field.
